Our full service espresso bar is stocked with all your favorites to kick-start your day, give your afternoon a boost, or sip on during a meet up with your friends.
Stop in for a coffee, cold brew, pour over, or iced chai tea latte, or fresh brewed iced tea. Then, add in a splash of your favorite milk and flavored syrup and seasonal specials.
Too Good to Change
Originally opened in 1931, Elliott’s Bakery is known for their delicious cakes, cookies, danishes, donuts, patries and pies. Lifelong Trenton residents and Elliott’s lovers, Kris and Brad Davidson, purchased Elliott’s Bakery in 2018.
Remaining true to tradition, the Davidsons have maintained the original bakery recipes from 1931 and the additional recipes the Vidojevski family added, while expanding the menu to include new sweet treats and the coffee bar.

Let us bring our coffee and pastries to you in our Elliott’s Express traveling cart. We travel for graduation parties, weddings, business events, and community events. We bring along custom treats, cookies, donuts, and more – you name it!
Then, our baristas serve up refreshers, seasonal specials, coffees to warm you up or cool you down – with the caffeine to keep you running! Contact us to pop-up at your event.
The Warmth of Community
Elliott’s Bakery is open Monday through Saturday for pickup. Select a donut or pastry to enjoy with a cup of coffee with friends, pickup a dozen donuts and coffee to go for your office, or enjoy a special mid-morning cookie with your kids.
Our coffee at Elliott’s is always hot (or cold, if that’s what you prefer) and we have seating indoors and outside for you to continue conversations.

Relax and Remember
Originally opened in 1931 by the Elliott’s family, our bakery is sprinkled with tradition. Our most popular bakery item, the Chocolate Long John Donut (followed closely by the Vanilla Long John) is made from scratch daily using the same recipe from 1931. The yeast donut, the buttercream filling, and the icing are all made right in our bakery.
Elliott’s was started as a family tradition, something we continue today, running the bakery with our son, Nathan, as the baker, and our son-in-law, Jonathan, running the expresso bar. Growing up in Trenton in the Downriver District, we are excited to honor the history of Elliott’s and continue to support our growing and revitalized community.
